8 Week Ultrasound

We went in this morning for our 8 week ultrasound. Jason and I were both nervously excited (very nervously excited). When the ultrasound technician ran the machine over my belly, she stopped for a second and said "There he is. There's that little heart beating." To which I exclaimed, "There's something there!" She said "Yes.", and then went back over him so that we could see. It was the most precious thing I have ever seen. Such a tiny heart just beating away at 166 BPM. The baby looked a lot like a jellybean at that stage. That is how he has come to be known as Jellybean Davis.
